CLIMATE CHANGE

To many, 'climate change' may seem like it either:  A. is something to think about in the future, or B. isn't going to effect their personal day-to-day life.  But what they don't know is that climate change is already affecting everyone on the planet in some way.

The purpose of this page is not to show the potential future threats of climate change, although they are dire, but to show what is happening right now to our world.

Glaciers are melting, forests are dying, species are being forced to adapt, habitats are shifting, wildfires and drought are intensifying.

Sea levels are rising, acidification is affecting coral and other sealife, and the water is warming at an alarming rate.

Co2 and methane are rising, extreme weather events are increasing, the jet stream is losing cohesion.
